Turn an event into a workflow
Define a review area, an event rule and a responsible operator. An alert should contain enough context to understand what happened, where it happened and which source footage to check. Decide which events need immediate attention and which belong in an operational report.
Make the pilot representative
Include the lighting, crowding and operating patterns seen on a normal working day. Review both missed events and false alerts. A convincing demonstration on one image is a starting point, not evidence that every camera will perform the same way.
Connect carefully
Agree the supported camera streams, processing location, permissions, recording retention and notification channels. Test the complete path from a visible event to an operator receiving and acknowledging it.

Can the public Studio monitor my whole site?+
No. It evaluates selected images or sampled camera frames. A multi-camera deployment needs separately scoped infrastructure, configuration and operational testing.
