1. Public Studio images
When you choose Analyze image, the selected file is sent to the Elpidaa server for analysis. Opening camera preview alone keeps the preview in your browser. Starting frame analysis sends sampled camera frames to the server until you pause or stop it. The application processes these images in memory, without writing image files to application storage or including them in enquiry messages. The public demo does not train a model from your submitted images.
2. Your choices in the Studio
Use images you are authorized to share. Avoid confidential footage, private documents and sensitive personal imagery in the public demo. You can cancel a request or stop frame analysis; a request already received by the server may finish processing. Clearing the image removes it from the current interface.
3. Enquiries and follow-up
The enquiry form sends the name, contact details and project information you enter when you submit it with consent. Configured email or notification providers may process these details to deliver the enquiry to the team. The form’s success message means a delivery channel accepted the request; it does not automatically book an appointment. Contact the team by email to discuss access, correction, deletion or communication preferences.
4. Browser storage and downloads
An optional Studio profile saves your name and organization in this browser’s local storage. It does not authenticate you. Clear profile removes it. The project brief stays in the current page until you choose Use in an enquiry, which saves it in session storage to fill the contact form. Successful submission removes that stored brief; browser session behavior can vary. You can also clear site data in your browser. A downloaded brief or result is a file on your device and remains until you delete it.
5. Website operation
The website uses technical information needed to operate the service, including request and error handling and temporary rate limits. Hosting infrastructure and delivery providers may maintain operational logs. The installable website caches public assets and an offline page; the service worker does not cache analysis or enquiry API requests. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts, and external links such as Google reviews are governed by those services when opened.
6. Separate project deployments
An installed CCTV system has its own processing, recording and access arrangements. Confirm processing location, permitted users, retention, support access and any third-party integrations in the project agreement. The public demo’s processing behavior is not a substitute for those project-specific decisions.
