Choose a useful measurement
Define the entrance, direction of travel and reporting interval. Decide how to handle staff, groups, repeat visits and people who pause near the counting line. Different counting rules can produce different totals from the same footage.
Validate before comparing
Compare the proposed counts against a manual reference over representative busy and quiet periods. Record occlusion and camera downtime. Keep the measurement definition consistent when comparing dates or locations. A single image cannot establish dwell time or a visit history.
Plan reporting and privacy together
Agree who can access reports and whether aggregate counts are enough for the business question. Do not infer age, emotion, identity or purchasing intent from the public Studio. Confirm any additional reporting or system integration in the project scope.
A common question
Does the Studio provide historical visitor reports?+
No. The public Studio shows image and sampled-frame detections. Historical counting and reporting require a separately configured deployment.
