Design the complete system
Map entrances, loading areas, public spaces and restricted zones. Identify the detail required in each view, then specify recording, network, power and access requirements. High-definition imaging only helps when the scene has enough light and the subject is large enough to inspect.
Choose the right capabilities
Assess motion detection, video content analytics (VCA), loitering rules, footfall trends, PTZ camera control and authorized remote access. Availability depends on camera hardware, software licenses and integration. A camera overview, an analytics alert and a confirmed incident are different outputs.
Move from coverage to response
